I gave up soda back in undergrad (following Greg&#039;s lead). Now I might have a half dozen sodas per year. I don&#039;t miss it at all. In fact, I now don&#039;t feel good if I have soda. I&#039;ve stopped going to fast food except for Subway; not least because there isn&#039;t much that I can eat at most places, heh. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Hopefully we can help keep each other honest; I&#039;ve got some personal wellness goals myself that I&#039;m targeting for the end of March.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nice.
