The goal in April will be focusing on getting exercise into the groove in one way or another to really push me into the 180s before the summer months begin. Less so for swimsuit season, and just more for personal health. Whether you&#8217;re the founder, a GM, a product lead, a manager, an individual contributor, it doesn&#8217;t matter &#8211; this book can be useful for you.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s one of those books where you read it, and then need to keep it on your shelf so that when you catch yourself in one of those moments you can pull it out and use it as a reference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 date nights with Micky<br \/>\n<\/strong>Micky and I had a really great date day right at the end of the month &#8211; we bought a new house in upstate New York! It&#8217;s going to be really fun to have a place to go where the kids can get muddy, I can fish, and Micky can have a project.<\/p>\n<p>We also did a grown up night with Theo&#8217;s friend Cal&#8217;s parents. That&#8217;s what happens when you have kids. They&#8217;re the ones who define who your friends are, and you just hope they choose well. Theo chose very well here, and we had a really fun night at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balaboostanyc.com\/\">Balabastoo<\/a> eating all sorts of great Israeli food. I would highly recommend it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 date per child per <del>month<\/del>\u00a0quarter<\/strong><br \/>\nThis was Luka&#8217;s month (I think Amelia missed out in Q1). We went to the ACC Basketball Tournament to watch NC State break my heart. You can read all about it <a href=\"http:\/\/www.onvural.net\/melih\/family-man\/2018\/03\/08\/lukas-date-day-acc-basketball-tournament\/\">here<\/a>.\u00a0It&#8217;s so much fun watching him become a sports fan, and falling in love with the things that I used to do as a kid. There&#8217;s really nothing better than sharing that kind of experience with my son.
