For the new year I&#8217;ve resolved to give up fast food, and for Lent I&#8217;ve given up soda. The main goal is to get to a healthier place in life. I have to add exercise to the equation as well (and I&#8217;ve started that), but let&#8217;s leave that to a different post.<\/p>\n<p>In that vein, I&#8217;m going to publish my stats weekly to gauge whether anything is getting better or not.
